Accepted Payment Types
To confirm your reservation, it must be paid in full. We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit cards
- PayPal
- Packs by Postcard Cabins
- Postcard Cabins Gift Cards
- Postcard Cabins vouchers and promotional codes
- Third-party vouchers and promotional codes (for standard rate reservations only)
Updating your Method of Payment
To update your payment method:
- Log into your Postcard Cabins account on our website
- Select “My Payments” from the profile drop down in the top right corner
Service Fees
Bookings may include a nightly Service Fee plus applicable tax, ranging from $10 to $18 per night based on the Outpost location. This fee covers general maintenance and upkeep.
Promotions, offers, coupons, vouchers, or codes cannot be applied to the Service Fee unless specifically stated in the terms of the discount.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds from Postcard Cabins are processed and posted back to your statement within five to ten business days. If you have not received a refund within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank for your further assistance.
PayPal
PayPal offers a pay-in-full option and PayPal Pay in 4. Reservations booked with PayPal are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Follow these steps to book a Postcard Cabin using PayPal:
- Go through the standard booking process on our booking page.
- After confirming the location, dates, bed(s), and add-ons, you will confirm the Guest Info and Billing Address.
- Select "Pay With PayPal (Pay Now or Pay Later)"
- Select "Pay Now"
- After selecting "Pay Now," return to Postcard Cabins’ page, you will need to scroll down to agree to the terms and conditions, then click "Reserve Cabin" to finalize your reservation.
- Once confirmed, you will be taken to your confirmation page, and you'll receive a booking confirmation email within 5 minutes.

Pay in 4
Please note that on reservations booked with PayPal Pay in 4, any additional charges to the reservation will be a one-time payment and will not be split into 4 payments.
Follow these steps to book a Postcard Cabin using PayPal Pay in 4:
- Go through the standard booking process on our booking page.
- After confirming the location, dates, bed(s), and add-ons, you will confirm the Guest Info and Billing Address.
- Select "Pay With PayPal (Pay Now or Pay Later)"
- Select "Pay Later"
- Log into your PayPal account in the pop-up window.
- Follow the prompts to select "Pay Later" and "Pay in 4," then click "Continue" to apply and get authorized for the installment plan.
- After selecting "Pay Now," return to Postcard Cabins’ page, scroll down to agree to the terms and conditions, then click "Reserve Cabin" to finalize your reservation.
- Once confirmed, you will be taken to your confirmation page, and you'll receive a booking confirmation email within 5 minutes.

Does Postcard Cabins offer tax exemption?
We do! Guests are required to notify us of their tax-exempt status in advance of their stay and pass along their tax exempt form. Please note, the name on the form must match the name associated with the booking. The refunded tax can only be posted back to the original method of payment.
