Promo Codes

- Active promo codes can be used toward any future booking (except non-refundable rates).
- Promo codes must be applied at the time of booking and can't be retroactively applied to existing reservations, gift card purchases, or Packs.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to rescheduled reservations after a promotion ends.

- Or, add the code to your account in the My Credits section, and it will automatically apply to your next booking.

Discounts cannot be combined or applied to non-refundable rates.
From time to time a "flash promotion" may be offered increasing the discount amount. These "flash promotions" are only valid for booking made during the promotional period.
Non-Refundable Rates
- Book 30+ days in advance to qualify.
- No changes, rescheduling, or refunds are allowed, including shortening a reservation.
- Promotions and discounts are not applicable to reservations booked at a non-refundable rate, with the exception of Gift Cards and Packs.
- Cancellations or failure to attend your reservation will result in 100% forfeiture of the reservation payment (including tax, applicable fees, and add-ons). You will not receive a refund or voucher on these rates, even with notice of cancellation.
