Booking a Postcard Cabin
To make a reservation, simply visit our website here, select your city to see available dates, and then confirm your trip.
To increase the benefits of nature and disconnecting, we recommend guests stay for at least two nights. All Postcard Cabins have a maximum stay of seven nights.
Night Minimums
- Weekends: Minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Weekdays: Minimum stay is 2 nights if booking 60+ days in advance.
Minimum Age
- Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Booking Requirement: Guests must use a credit card in their own name to book a cabin.
Adding a Promo Code to a Reservation
- Usage: Enter your promo code on the checkout page during booking.
- Exclusions: Promo codes cannot be applied to non-refundable rates, existing reservations, PayPal reservations, gift card purchases, or Packs.
- Restrictions: Promo codes must be applied at the time of booking and can't be carried over to rescheduled reservations after a promotion ends.
Booking Multiple Cabins
- Booking: Please book each cabin separately on our website. Send us a note here after booking to request nearby cabins; proximity isn't guaranteed.
- 5+ Cabins: To book 5 or more cabins, please reach out to us directly here.
Number & Identity of Guests
- Number of Guests: Guests should inform the Postcard Cabin Team of the number of guests when booking. Only guests listed in the booking may enter the cabin.
- Capacity: The number of guests should not exceed the number assigned to each cabin, except for infants under two. Tents are not allowed at Postcard Cabin locations.

Identity Verification: We reserve the right to use identity verification methods to prevent fraud. We require individuals booking a stay to provide the primary guest's full name, phone number, email address, and payment information.
- Individuals booking a reservation on behalf of a client are encouraged to use the contact information of their client and otherwise assume the responsibility of relaying all reservation instructions and details to their client.
Location Changes & Payment Method Changes
- Changes: To change the location or method of payment on your reservation, you must cancel and rebook your desired reservation.

Policy: Any location or payment method changes must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival and are subject to the cancellation policy. Find our full terms here.

Waitlist
We have a waitlist option where you can be notified when a cabin becomes available for your desired dates. You must have a Postcard Cabins account to be added to the Waitlist.
- To access the Waitlist: Search our website for your desired Outpost location and specify your desired dates, room type, and guest count. If the Outpost with all the specifications you requested is unavailable, choose the "Waitlist" option at the top of the calendar.
