Cancellation Policy
Standard Rates
- 15-Day Cancellation: Cancel at least 15 days before arrival to avoid 100% forfeiture of payment (including tax, fees, and add-ons).
- Changes: To change the location or payment method, you must cancel and rebook at least 15 days prior to arrival. This is subject to the cancellation policy.
- Rescheduled Reservations: If a reservation is rescheduled, the cancellation policy will apply to the original dates of the reservation.
- No-Shows: Not attending your reservation results in 100% forfeiture of your payment (including tax, fees, and add-ons). No refunds or vouchers will be given or reinstated.
- Property Unavailability: If Postcard Cabins cannot provide the booked property or a similar one, you will receive a full refund (including tax, fees, and add-ons).
Non-Refundable Rates
- Advance Booking: Reservations booked 30+ days in advance can be at a non-refundable rate.
- No Changes: These reservations are not eligible for location or date changes, including rescheduling or shortening.
- Discounts: Promotions and discounts do not apply to non-refundable rates, except for Gift Cards and Cabin Packs.
- Cancellations/No-Shows: Canceling or not attending your non-refundable reservation results in 100% forfeiture of payment (including tax, fees, and add-ons). No refunds or vouchers will be given or reinstated.
Reschedule Policy
- Eligibility: All reservations (excluding non-refundable rates) can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before check-in. The updated reservation will be subject to current rates and availability.
- Change Fee: There is a $50 fee for date changes made within 72 hours to 14 days before arrival.
- Extensions: You can extend your reservation at any time, based on availability and pricing, without a change fee.
- Vouchers: Any Vouchers or Cabin Packs used for the original reservation are subject to their expiration dates when rescheduling.
To change the location or method of payment, you must cancel and rebook your desired reservation. Any location or payment method changes must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival and are subject to the cancellation policy. Find our full terms here.
